SHE DEVELOPED HER CAREER IN SOCIAL INVESTMENT AND HUMAN DEVELOPMENT, WORKING ON TOPICS SUCH AS: ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INCOME GENERATION, LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, REGENERATIVE TOURISM, RACIAL EQUALITY AND GENDER, EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT AND SELF-AWARENESS IN INSTITUTIONS SUCH AS BANCO REAL/SANTANDER, ROSENBAUM, OXFAM ÍNDIA AND RAÍZS.

WHILE WORKING IN FIELD TRIPS, SHE REALIZED THE POWER OF INNER INVESTIGATION DURING IMMERSIONS WITH TRADITIONAL CULTURES. THIS ACKNOWLEDGMENT LED TO THE LAUNCH OF AN INITIATIVE CALLED “PALAFITAS” – PERSONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH EXPERIENCES IN TRADITIONAL COMMUNITIES IN THE AMAZON.
